Boone and Madison Counties have joined together to form County Community Services (CCS). CCS is made up of two sections, administration and case management. County Community Services serves as the Central Point of Coordination (CPC) office. Our services are designed for individuals seeking funding from the County's Mental Health / Mental Retardation / Developmental Disabilities fund. The CPC office is responsible for taking applications, making eligibility decisions, evaluating the needs of individuals, and working to create and implement a service funding plan.
CCS Administration also works with individuals that may need mental health or substance abuse committals, substance abuse treatment or mental health therapy.
